Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Fundamenta, we offer both bespoke services and digital products, including Brand Audits, Website Audits, Custom-Made Resources, and Research Papers. Our policies are designed to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction.
Service Cancellation
Clients may request a cancellation of services by contacting us at support@fundamenta.in or krutika.behade@fundamenta.agency. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to the terms outlined in the service agreement.
Refund Eligibility for Services
- Before Project Commencement: Full refunds are available if the project has not yet started.
- After Project Commencement: Partial refunds may be considered based on the work completed up to the cancellation date.
- Completed Projects: No refunds are provided once a project has been completed and delivered.
Please Note:
For international services, eligible refunds (full or partial) will be processed within 7–10 working days based on the service stage.
Digital Products
Upon successful payment, digital products are delivered instantly via email or through a secure link. Given the immediate delivery and the digital nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered.
Quality Assurance
We take pride in the quality of our digital products. Each item undergoes thorough research and quality checks to ensure it meets our high standards. If you have concerns about the quality of a delivered product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
