A system integrator that now competes with the brands it once resold.
A hardware company the market filed under distributor, not brand.
Netcom designed, assembled, and distributed computing hardware: laptops, all-in-one PCs, mini PCs, interactive panels. The market never saw a brand. It saw a system integrator. Buyers came for specs and price, then left. Nothing about Netcom asked to be remembered.
There was no story, only a spec sheet. The voice was technical and factual, the design conservative, and there was no tagline, no system, no emotional anchor. Next to Asus, Lenovo, and Dell, Netcom read as the integrator that resold them, not a brand a procurement team would shortlist on its own name.
- Seen as a system integrator, not a brand
- Buyers came for specs, not for the name
- A technical, factual voice with no story
- No tagline, no system, no emotional anchor
- Outranked by the brands Netcom resold
Netcom built and shipped real hardware. The brand gave a buyer no reason to remember it.
From integrator to brand. Built to be remembered.
We built Netcom a complete sales-ready brand system. New positioning moved Netcom from system integrator to a technology hardware brand, credible for B2B buyers and relatable for B2C. A full identity system and a product naming architecture gave the ecosystem one logic. Then we built the website, the collateral, and the CMDA expo presence the new brand would launch on.

What we built
- 01
Brand Positioning
Repositioned Netcom from system integrator to a hardware brand. One story across laptops, AIO PCs, mini PCs, interactive panels, and industrial PCs.
- 02
Identity System
A complete brand system that signals OEM-grade trust. The face that lets Netcom sit on the same shelf as Asus, Lenovo, and Dell.
- 03
Product Naming Architecture
Named the sub-brands: Unistation, Strivebook, Nexaboard, IndustrialTouch, Industrial 6100. Each product line carries its own pull, the parent brand carries the trust.
- 04
B2B Website
A site built around the product range, the OEM-partnership angle, and the buyer's evaluation flow.
- 05
Marketing Collateral
Sales sheets, business cards, brochures, lanyards, IDs. The everyday materials a hardware brand needs in a buyer's hand.
- 06
Exhibition Branding
Stall design and rollout for the CMDA B2B IT Expo. The stage where three B2B deals signed and 1,700 visitors logged in.
For years people knew our hardware, not our name. We sold other brands. Now Netcom is the brand. At the expo we signed three deals and a new distributor, and the orders started coming for our name. That never happened before.
Your team might be showing up to every meeting with a different version of your brand.
