A 35-year manufacturer with three plants, finally visible online.
A serious manufacturer, hidden behind a website from a decade ago.
Mega Fibre had spent 35 years building a real manufacturing business. Three plants, OEM clients, ISO-certified processes across thermoformed plastics and FRP composites. The website showed none of it. It was a decade old and read like a word document. A buyer landing on it had no way to know how large or capable the company actually was.
The gap cost Mega Fibre on first impression. A procurement buyer comparing suppliers saw an outdated site and assumed an outdated company. Three plants and a roster of global OEM clients sat behind a page that looked like a small local shop. The capability was real. The website was actively working against it.
- A website a full decade out of date
- Pages that read like a word document
- No sign of three plants or OEM clients
- A large manufacturer that looked like a small shop
- A first impression working against the business
Mega Fibre had the plants, the clients, and the track record. The website hid all three.
Build the website. Build the foundation it needed.
The brief was a website. The brand foundation it needed did not exist yet, so we built that too. We set the positioning, wrote the messaging and the full content strategy, and rebuilt the product imagery, regenerating old film-camera photos into clean, current visuals. The website was the deliverable. A working brand foundation was what made it land.
- STAGE 01
Positioning
Set the story on scale, plants, and proven OEM trust.
- STAGE 02
Messaging
Content strategy and copy across the full site.
- STAGE 03
Imagery
Old film-camera product photos regenerated and polished.
- STAGE 04
Website
The site that finally shows the real Mega Fibre.
What we built
- 01
Positioning
Set the story on 35 years of thermoplastic and FRP composite manufacturing across three plants. The scale and depth, named.
- 02
Messaging
Wrote a brand voice that matches an industrial manufacturer, not a marketing brochure.
- 03
Content Strategy
Structured the website around the buyer's evaluation flow. Capability, products, plants, clients, in the right order.
- 04
B2B Website
A working site that shows three plants, the global OEM clients, and the full product range. The surface the sales team now uses as its primary deck.
- 05
Product Imagery
Regenerated old film-camera product photos into polished current visuals. The work could finally be seen as it actually is.
Our old website did not look like us. We have three plants and we supply real OEMs, and none of that showed. Now the site says it clearly. My sales team opens it in meetings like a deck, and the OEM side has started responding more often. It finally looks like the company we built.
